Position sensor

The FELIX position sensor reliably records changes in distance of between 0 mm and 20 mm via a tappet made from hardened and tempered steel.


The changes are recorded internally via two hall sensors, which measure the magnetic field of a specially-constructed round magnet. The position sensor is therefore particularly resistant to contamination at the measuring point. It is characterized amongst other things by its particularly high robustness with high linearity and an operating temperature range from −30 °C to +120 °C. Due to the sealed housing, it can be screwed into hydraulic oil and guarantees a long lifetime due to the use of contactless technology.
