Human Machine Interface represents one of the main components in the supervisor and control application. Motronica is present on the HMI field since the beginning of its activity and it can propose a wide range of displays and keyboards developped at his internal, based on the CAN bus communication protocol, that offer safety and reliability requirements just like automotive field. Moreover, Motronica has acquired a big experience to integrate devices in our system as joysticks and remote controller and it entrust to reliable partners that guaranteed the respect of standards qualitative and reliability requested from our application.
U-VISION Displays
U-Vision Displays series are today the more advanced and modular available on the market for automotive field. They are designed to be used in heavy and critic environments of industrial mobile machine and to be employed for marine application.The U-Vision range offer a wide configuration choice to better satisfy several needs; Versions with display remoted or integrated in a single box guaranteed installation flexibility to be putt on dashboard or boat bridge and for outdoor use. The U-Vision display has got every standard PC connections and it can be used as CAN bus bridge between the control system and the external world. It can manage data thanks to a very huge memory installed inside and it is available with 5,5” (320x240), 7” (800x480) and 12,1” (800x600) displays.Can be equipped wich video entry in order to control camera vision system.
U-VISION 5 The display is designed to be installed on the dashboard for very small machine.It’s formed by a sun readable LCD (resolution 320 x 200). Moreover, six keys in front are available for a more easy operator interface and self adjusting brightness according to external sunlight.It is supplied with an aluminium box with serigraph personalized panel. | .jpg) |
U-VISION 7 The display is designed to be installed on the dashboard for medium machine. It’s formed by a sun readable LCD 7” (resolution 800 x 480). Moreover, six keys in front are available for a more easy operator interface, one encoder to look fast through the menu (optional) and self adjusting brightness according to external sunlight. | U-VISION 12 The display is designed to be installed on the dashboard for medium/large machine. It’s formed by a sun readable LCD 12” (resolution 800 x 600). It’s supplied with an ultrasonic touch screen (high brightness, no reliability problem from attack by external environment) to scroll menu or different synoptics. It’s provided by self adjusting brightness according to external sunlight. It is supplied with an aluminium box in high resistance. | .jpg) |
U-VISION HOST This is the system core, with microprocessor, memory and most common peripherals for machine control application, inside. It is possible to connect several kinds of display a up to 10mt far. U-Vision Host use a RISC processor , to limit the generation of heat and to allow the fanless functionality to high/low temperature. It is available with PC-like connectors (HOST PC) or automotive connectors(HOST AMP). | .jpg) |
EDGEVISION EDGEVISION is an integrated controller, useful to build a control or monitoring system for automotive application. It is not necessary any additional hardware since the unit is already equipped with all the necessary resources to connect a high number of sensors and actuators. A wide graphic display and the internal memories allow operator interface, high volume of data storing (black boxes and data logger) and every kind of control system. All in one single box. |  |
ECOCAN Eco-CAN is a low cost device designed to display parameters in a CAN-bus network. It features a wide and clear characters screen, visible in whatever environment. It can be integrated into dashboards, fitted into control panels or used as external unit. With an additional expansion board, Eco-CAN becomes a very competitive controller for low cost applications.

Key CAN keyboards Motronica Keyboards are conceived on Key CAN controller. Key CAN has been developed to be installed inside the operator cabin and /or pilot bridge. Control keys can be realized with several technologies (membrane, mechanic, piezoelectric keys, etc.) and the look totally customized: choosing materials, colours and dimensions. It can contain up to 70 keys and manage up to 35 high brightness warning leds (sun readable).
