STACKERS AND LIFTRUCKS

The control systems for Stacker and frontal trucks  must ensure high reliability and durability; they offer different levels of complexity depending on the size and the commercial value of the machine. For this reason, the complete range of  Digicontrol is made available to equip these units thus integrating the most recent control systems available (such as: J1939 compatible for engines and transmissions, steering and braking ”by wire”, etc.)

STRADDLE CARRIERS

Straddle Carrier is a complex machine where high performances must coexist with severe safety standards. RTG

One of the last advances in the RTG world, is the possibility to control the steering direction through an high precision DGPS, able to facilitate the operations and prevent potential accidents. Motronica has developed a highly innovative steering control system via DGPS, using the recent Wireless Lan standards for data transmission and resulting much less expensive than competition.

AERIAL PLATFORMS

This application requires a  high levels of safety and reliability since is used  to lift and hold operators. For this reason, Motronica fit  only components certified at safety level 3 or 4. The great benefit of multiplex technology is the strong reduction of wiring and the improvement of  the machine  performance. Every electromechanical component can be removed, making maintenance really simple.
